Let's Get Cookin'!

Pete at work was great and told me about 3 nearby bike shops for my puncture and accessories. Luckily my week of sketching had a chill out and I actually left at 5pm. Headed down Clerkenwell Street to Condor Bikes - decent-sized store and lots of people working to help me out - someone actually approached ME! They couldn’t fix my tube right there, so I have to pick up Rocket tomorrow a bit after 9am. Bought a lock, front light and bell - now all I need is a basket [and Rocket back with me!] It was also nice to venture a little further from home and check out some new areas.

Tonight I’m finally back to cookin’! I'd accidentally bought some pre-packaged chicken bits [thinking veggies were included], so I cooked up some red pepper, onion, brown rice and dumped in a jar of Indian Royal Korma sauce - include some cheap red Australian wine - and my dinner was great! Now if I can just get up to Sainsbury on my bike instead of Tesco Express, I can really cook how I want! *Note the plate on my saucepan because there is no lid!!
